“Your program is wonderful. The children were all made to feel integral to the final production. You and your staff are incredibly kind and supportive. This was truly an amazing experience for our children. Thank you.”

In 1997, the JCC's year-round youth theatre program debuted at the JCC Halle Theatre
under the direction of Sheri Gross. It is a program for chidren of all ages, pre-school through college students, to learn, grow and express themselves through creative dramatics.

Playmakers.on.broadwayThe goal is to build self-esteem and self-confidence, while promoting a strong sense of Judaism through the Arts.

The Playmakers Youth Theatre boasts a season of 4-5 productions, classes, an 8 week performing arts camp ...and over 350 participants!

Currently, all classes and rehearsals are held at The Mandel JCC, while all performances and The Francine and Benson Pilloff Family Playmakers Performing Arts Camp take place at Anshe Chesed Fairmount Temple.
