Spring Break Vacation Programs
For Kids in Grades K - 5March 21-28, March 31-April 4, and April 22-25
Join in the fun as we explore the art of papermaking, strike up the band in learning how to play the steel drum, do workshops in Krav Maga (Israeli Martial Arts), go on field trips to the Harry London Chocolate Factory, the Holden Arboretum, swim in the JCC pool and so much more!

It’s Purim!
Come celebrate this festive Jewish holiday as we make our own hamentashin (special cookies) and put together a Purim Play! There will be time in the gym and for swimming as well!

Maple Sugar Tour at Holden Arboretum
Take a hike through the Sugarbush as we explore the history of maple syrup production. Learn the cycle of the sap and its importance to the trees. Check out the maple museum and its cool interactive exhibits. Of course we finish with a taste of maple syrup! Make sure to bring shoes that can get muddy and outer wear appropriate for the weather.

Krav Maga
Have you heard about this cool form of Israel Martial Arts? It is all about self defense, fitness and life skills. Today you will get to experience two cool workshops in these areas. Make sure to wear loose fitting clothing and tennis shoes. There will also be time for swimming and our awesome crafts as well.

Steel Drum Band
Have you ever had a secret desire to play drums in a band? Well here is your chance to learn how with a member of the 7 Mile Isle Steel Drum Band where you will learn the history of the steel drum and it’s role in the Carnival in Trinidad and of course get a chance to play. This multi-media exploration is going to be awesome! We will also get time for swimming!

Harry London Chocolate Factory
Join us to visit this candy and chocolate factory. Learn about how chocolate is made and sample fresh chocolate. Afterwards we will visit their unique chocolate store so extra spending $ is suggested. Staff can not be responsible for children’s money but will help with the purchasing.

Inventure Place and National Inventors Hall of Fame
Join us as we head to Akron to this cool; hands on, minds on, interactive science museum. We will check out the many exhibits, demonstrations and inventive fun!
