Paul Hejduk

Paul.jpgFirst tip on weight loss- go home, go to your fridge, get out all the good tasty foods and bring them to me. If it looks like cardboard and tastes bad, it is probably good for you—keep those foods. The others I will dispose as I see fit. My name is Paul Hejduk, I am 44 years old and still remember my first love. It was weightlifting, training for contests, and boxing. I have been doing this my whole life. I owned my first gym when I was 17 with a few friends. OLGA’S was on 41st and St. Clair Avenue. I grew up in Cleveland and learned at a young age “only the strong will survive” – physically, mentally, and emotionally. It seems every where I go, people ask me how I do for a living, how did I get my arms and shoulders so big and how did I get so strong. I have never really had anyone ask me how to get a six-pack and let’s be real, I ain’t Richard Simmons nor do I desire to be. I am a very big, very strong personable and educated man. If you desire to gain muscle, look better, work hard, and get stronger; come and see me.
