Mark Chlebeck

Mark ChlebeckMark knows firsthand what it takes to people achieve their fitness-related goals. While serving in the United States Marine Corps, one of his main duties was to train Marines who were over the weight standards or who had failed the physical fitness test. He is a graduate of the 500 hour personal trainer course offered through the National Personal Training Institute. Mark has acquired vast knowledge in nutrition, weight management, and cardiovascular programs. He also has a strong understanding of stretching, plyometric, and resistance training techniques. He takes pride in living a healthy lifestyle and enjoys sharing his understanding and passion for the fitness with others.
