Erika Vogel
Erika Vogel first started teaching Group Fitness classes right out of college in the Washington D.C. area. Flash forward 15 years, over 2500 classes later, and multiple requests by her group exercise participants for one-on-one training, Erika made the decision to become a certified personal trainer. She has always enjoyed seeing her group-ex students not only get results, but also improve their quality of life. Erika is still going strong providing fun packed cardiovascular routines and boredom-busting workouts to JCC members in her weekly Boot Camp class. She is now available to bring her energy and creativity to you for your resistance training needs. As a mother of two young, active boys, Erika is very familiar with the challenge of trying to squeeze in a workout 203 days per week with a full schedule. She has been able to do so by combining fat-burning, muscle shaping workouts that provide maximum results.
