Making Trouble explores the lives and art of six legendary American Jewish women comics: Molly Picon, Fanny Brice, Sophie Tucker, Joan Rivers, Gilda Radner and Wendy Wasserstein. Produced by the Jewish Women’s Archive, the film pays tribute to groundbreaking women whose comedy defied cultural norms. The film includes rare archival footage and commentary from four of today’s Jewish women humorists.
